My greatest accomplishment in my life has been and will always my beautiful daughter. She inspires me everyday and I feel so blessed that this sweet baby girl is mine. Being Audrey’s mom is a privileged and honor.
This is the dish I eat every Mother’s Day for Brunch. It’s a fabulous tradition we started 5 years ago. This is definitely a sentimental dish for me.

In the Summer, there’s nothing I love more than sitting poolside with my little girl and drinking an iced coffee! Here is my take on iced coffee though there are SO many options and endless possibilities to this recipe! You can find this coffee at Target.
Tasty options to add to your iced coffee:
Sugar Free Syrup (I love adding a combo of vanilla & caramel)
Your favorite sweetener
Low fat coffee creamer (I find that it gives you a richer flavor without the added fat!)
Your favorite milk
…or au natural!
All these options are going to keep it light and super figure friendly!

Let’s face it,pasta salad does not have a good reputation in regards to being figure friendly. Pasta salad can be dangerous when it comes to carbs, as well as fat when you start adding in a bunch of salad dressing. But yet again, your figure friendly foodie has come up with a recipe that allows you to still enjoy pasta, the healthy way.
This recipe comes in with the following stats per serving: 300 calories, 1g of fat, and 44g of carbs. Your standard pasta salad can have as much as 130g carbs or more! I hope you give this recipe a try!

Spring & Summer are in the air! Like fashion & beauty, I often get inspired by the weather when it comes to food! Lemon, berries, cheesecake?! What’s not to love?! Use this recipe for your next event–they are mini & figure friendly so your girlfriends will LOVE these!
It’s that time of year again! Last year I made a figure friendly lemon cake and this year I wanted to make a chocolate cake based on something I had YEARS ago at Cracker Barrel–Chocolate Coca-Cola Cake! It only has 160 calories per serving! Adding the chocolate sauce brings the stats up to 175 calories–not bad at all! My birthday is May 26th–looks like I’ll be able to have my cake and eat it too!
Most people will tell you that creamy dressings are 100% hands off when you’re trying to eat healthy however, if enjoyed in moderation and correct portions–you can have your chunky blue cheese dressing & eat it too! *lol*
This tasty salad comes in at about 300 Calories & 3.8 grams of fat!
